What is Formhub?

Formhub is an Australian online form service for businesses of any size. You Create a Form, share it by link or on your website, and every response comes to your inbox and your dashboard, ready as a PDF. No tech skills are needed.

What you can do

• Create a Form from blank, from the form library of ready-made forms, or by bringing in a form you already use, such as a PDF, Word file, photo of a paper form or a Snapforms link.
• Share it by link, text or email, or put it on your website. Forms work on any phone, and people can sign with a finger and upload photos.
• Get the answers. Each response is emailed to you and kept in Formhub. You can download responses as a PDF or a CSV file that opens in Excel.
• Run several businesses. Each company has its own logo, colours and letterhead.

What makes Formhub different

• Work rights checks. A new worker types their passport details into your form, and Formhub checks their right to work with the Department of Home Affairs. See Set up work rights checks.
• Card payments in forms. People pay by card before they send the form, and the money goes straight to your own Stripe account. Formhub takes no fee. See Take card payments in a form.
• Staff folders. Every form a person sends is filed in their own folder. See Staff folders.
• Bookings. Let people pick a time slot. See Bookings and time slots.
• Yasmene, your helper. Ask questions inside Formhub, or let Yasmene build or check a form. See Ask Yasmene.

Prices

Formhub has packages you pay for monthly, or yearly where offered, in Australian dollars. Packages differ in how many companies, forms, logins and responses a month you get, and in whether card payments and work rights checks are included. The price depends on your package: see the prices.

There is no free trial. Instead, there is a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. See Packages and billing.

Your data

Formhub keeps your data on servers in Sydney, Australia. Responses are kept until you delete them. See Your data, privacy and security.
