Ask Yasmene

Yasmene is the helper built into Formhub. Ask her how to do something, in your own words, and she explains it in a few short steps. She can also point to the right button on your screen and open the page you need.

Steps

  1. Press Ask Yasmene at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Type your question in the Ask a question… box, for example "How do I share a form?", and press Enter. Or press one of the suggested questions.
  3. Read her answer. Under it you may see:
    • 👉 Show me: she highlights the buttons or settings on this page, one step at a time. Press Next to go on and Done to finish.
    • A button to open a page, such as Open the form settings of one of your forms. She can carry on helping once it opens.
    • In the form builder, ✦ Do it for me: she makes the change on your form for you to check. See Let Yasmene build or check your form.
  4. Press New chat to start again, or × to close the chat.

What she can help with

Using Formhub: building and changing forms, companies, letterheads, the form library, sharing forms, form settings, staff folders, card payments, bookings, calculations and work rights checks.

What she doesn't do

  • She doesn't read, change or summarise your responses.
  • She doesn't help with billing, packages, logins, passwords, two-factor login or deleting things. She'll tell you where to find them, and you can contact Formhub at admin@formhub.me.
  • She only answers questions about Formhub.
  • She never changes anything by herself. Nothing happens until you press a button she offers.

Good to know

  • Yasmene knows your first name, the page you're on, your package and the names of your companies and forms. She doesn't see your responses or anyone's contact details.
  • Your questions aren't stored. Formhub only counts how many you ask.
  • Each account has a monthly number of questions, and each login a daily number. If you reach one, she'll tell you when she's back.
  • Your chat stays while you move between pages in the same browser tab.
  • Yasmene doesn't appear on the billing pages.
  • Like any helper, she can get things wrong. If something she says doesn't match your screen, check the help article or contact Formhub.
