Your dashboard

The dashboard is the first page you see after you log in. It shows what came in, and lists every form, grouped by company.

At the top

• Search forms… finds forms by name. Click Show everything to clear the search.
• From the library opens the form library.
• + New form starts a new form. See Create a Form.

Below that are a few summary boxes:

• New responses this week, compared with last week, and your busiest form.
• Live forms: how many forms are taking responses.
• Latest response: click the form name to open its responses.
• My package: click See it › to see your package and what you've used. See Packages and billing.

Company cards

Each company has its own card with its logo, its forms and how many staff folders it has. The card's buttons are:

• Staff folders: see Staff folders.
• + Add forms: add ready-made forms from the library to this company.
• Edit company: change its name, logo, colour or letterhead. See Add a company.

Inside a card, the tabs All, Live and Turned off filter the forms. Next to Sort: choose Latest response or Name.

Each form row shows its number of responses and its status: Live, Turned off, or Taken down if Formhub has switched it off after a report. A new badge counts responses nobody has opened yet. On the right:

• Responses opens the form's responses. See Read, search and filter responses.
• The link button copies the form's link, ready to paste. See Share a form by link.
• The ⋯ menu has Edit, Rename, Disable or Enable, View form ↗, View responses, Duplicate / copy to company, Form settings, Publishing details and Delete.

Good to know

• With more than one company, buttons at the top let you show All companies or just one. Click the small arrow next to a company's logo to fold its card away. Formhub remembers which cards you left open on this device.
• With several companies, a long list of forms is shortened. Click Show all … forms to see the rest.
• The menu on the left has Dashboard, New form, Add company and Form library, and under Settings: Settings for all forms, Logins, Billing (if you pay by card), Password and Two-factor login.
• If you have no company yet, the dashboard asks you to add one first.
