Show or hide questions

Show a question only when an earlier answer calls for it, like "If yes, please give details".

1. In the builder, click the question, then Edit.
2. In Show or hide, change Always show it to Only show it when….
3. In Pick a question, choose the question it depends on.
4. Choose is, then pick the answer from the list.
5. Click Save in the window, then Save at the top of the builder.
