Question types you can use

The builder's list on the left has two groups. Drag any of them onto your form.

• Form fields are questions people answer, such as Short answer, Date and Signature.
• Design elements are headings, text and layout, such as Heading and Divider.
• Dropdown, Choose one and Choose several give people a list of options.
• File upload lets people attach a file, such as a licence or certificate.
• Repeat group is a set of questions people can fill in more than once.
