Start from the form library

Pick a ready-made form from the library and get your own copy to change.

1. Click Form library in the menu on the left.
2. Find a form and click Use this form.
3. Check the Form name and choose the Company it's for.
4. Click Create and open builder.
5. Change anything you like, then click Save.
