Add your letterhead

Put your company letterhead on every form and on every page of the response PDFs.

  1. On your dashboard, click Edit company on the company's card.
  2. Under Form letterhead, at Cut it from a letterhead PDF, choose your letterhead PDF.
  3. Drag Header ends to the bottom of your header.
  4. Drag Footer starts to the top of your footer.
  5. Click Save.
