Create a Form

Start a new form for one of your companies, which gives it its logo and colours.

1. On your dashboard, click + New form.
2. Type the Form name and choose the Company.
3. Under How do you want to start?, pick Blank.
4. Click Create and open builder, then drag questions onto your form.
5. Click Save at the top right.
