Bring your existing forms

Formhub can copy a form you already use, so you only check it over.

1. Click + New form, type the Form name and choose the Company.
2. Under How do you want to start?, pick From a PDF, Word file or photo.
3. Click Create and open builder, then Choose the file and pick your file.
4. When the copy is done, check every question and the Please check: list.
5. Click Save.
