Formhub and Cognito Forms
An online form builder from the United States. Here is where Formhub differs from Cognito Forms, going by its own website on 17 October 2026.
Work rights check inside your job application
The applicant presses a button and Formhub checks their visa and work rights with the Department of Home Affairs (VEVO) before they send the form. You see the result on the response and its PDF. It uses a key your business sets up once with Home Affairs.
Cognito Forms: We couldn't find a built-in work rights or visa check on the Cognito Forms website.
How it works →Applicant's forms grouped in a single folder
Formhub files every form a person sends, from all your forms, into their own folder automatically, matched by name and date of birth (or phone or email). No more searching 10+ forms to gather John Smith's paperwork: open his folder and his application, induction and other forms are all there, with their PDFs and uploads.
Cognito Forms: We couldn't find a way to automatically gather each person's responses from different forms into one place on the Cognito Forms website.
