Add a work rights check to a form

Let job applicants check their visa with Home Affairs before they can send your form.

1. Open the form in the Form builder.
2. Drag Check work rights from Form fields below the name, date of birth and passport questions.
3. Open its settings and check each question under Answers it checks.
4. Click Save in the settings window, then Save at the top of the builder.
