Download responses as PDF or CSV

Download a form's responses as a spreadsheet that opens in Excel.

  1. Open the form's Responses page.
  2. If you only want some responses, search or filter first.
  3. Press Export CSV.
  4. Open the file in Excel or any spreadsheet program.
